Ramsey Hall helps a senior executive successfully to achieve career transition

RH Career management was asked by the Group HR Director for one of the UK’s most established industrial groups to help one of their senior managers make a successful career transition.

Being in the six figure salary band meant that the participant had to be at the top of his game if he was to secure a satisfactory outcome to his career transition.

We met him with one of our executive coaches and a career counsellor in order to design a bespoke support package based on his needs.

The project included:

• Three one on one support sessions plus unlimited telephone support.
• A psychometric analysis using OPQ32 and MVPI from Hogan.
• Three executive coaching sessions with advice on managing the transition, interview preparation and help to pass assessment centres.
• Our market leading CV preparation workshop.
• Active CV marketing direct to employers and executive recruiters.

The outcome:

After just three months (during the recession) the participant secured a promotional career move with a FTSE 100 employer.
